That's too bad. You can try the xilink reset. If I remember correctly (which is not at all guaranteed), you should unplug the SB, then plug it in while holding down the + key on the remote (and pointing the remote at the SB2). Is this a wifi SB2 or a wired-only model? If it is wifi, then it

The zendesk-based help system that erland linked to has much more info than their site. Looks like the streaming rate is 320kbps MP3. The gold membership doesn't seem to be too terrible a deal, but the whole system is a little different than I'd initially thought.
