Hi there,
Doing some home automation projects at the moment and wondering if
anyone knows of a way to trigger a script when a squeezebox alarm goes
off? Seems like there might have been some old plugins that did this but
none that appear to have been maintained on 7.9.1

So you folks in Apartments and Stacked Living are really the only ones
that need to worry (next time you wake up in the middle of the night,
look around to see which neighbors lights are on, that is probably the
guy you need to worry about). :roll eyes:

If you are already running LMS someplace just go on Ebay or Craigslist
and start looking for a Baby (Squeezebox Radio w/ battery) and be done
with it. No mess no fuss, just done.

Yep, that fixes it. To anyone else struggling with this, move your
finger in the shape of a heartbeat monitor when using the sliders.
Thanks!!

Ah, I think I can reproduce what you mean.
If you click into one of the player cells then the sliders become
unresponsive, you need to very briefly hold the handle to move them
around.
Probably a problem I introduced when trying to fix the gesture
recognizer precedence issues with iOS 11.

Wow. Ill go test on iOS 10 But this really should not be.

Ah no, my phone is on ios10. I didnt want to upgrade it until I could
see everything was working. My iPad is ios11 and the sliders drag on
that.

all volume control.
Could you try to restart the App if it continues with Party Mode

Its an iPhone 6. If I press the toggle the sliders appear, but they do
not respond to anything but a double tap to mute. The master slider
responds, just
Small iPhone probably? You can show the individual sliders with the

Fantastic. You have just got a few more sales. Good stuff.
I have noticed that when I group players together I can change the
volume individually on the iPad, but can only change

I think I'd be looking for a set of small powered/active speaker (that
is, speakers with a built-in amplifier).
Depending on the dampness levels and ventilation in the room, it might
make sense to look for speakers are either waterproof or at least built
for damp environments.

It's not my house, so I can't use in wall speakers sadly.
Thank all for yours answers.
Why use a complex system in bathroom ?
Sometime I quickly take my shower so I don't have time to make a
playlist.
Or sometime I don't want to take my phone to make a playlist.
Etc...So I use my nodon
I have a single ceiling speaker (with some pseudo stereo thingy) as I'm
not too concerned with sound quality (small room)
The speaker is then connected to a pi with hifberry amp+... located in
ceiling too (accessible I loft/attic space)
Works a treat
Damn it looks like Ive missed the discounts which is annoying as I need
to purchase it 5 times (4 phones and a house iPad on different apple
accounts)
I dont seem to be able to find iPeng party.
