Depends how much you paid for it! If you paid anything close to current
retail prices for an SB2/3, then you have been seriously had, there is a
big difference to the SB1 in numerous departments.
On the other hand if they sold it to you for say $100 then you probably
can't grumble...

so its unlikely to be the file format itself causing you the problem.

that SSIDs are case sensitive, what you enter on the SB2 must match
exactly the SSID on the router
(5) have you got any other wireless devices to prove that the wireless
network itself is working

This approach does require a certain amount of extra manual taggin
effort, but to be honest the automatic tagging you get on classical CDs
is so awful that you wouldn't want it anyway.

protection - for example its very unlikely to protect you against
outbound bad traffic if you've caught, say, a Trojan from an incoming
email (which your router won't catch).
