We just got iPhones, and I went ahead and purchased the iPeng app --
WOW. Dare I say, I think I prefer controlling our SB this way over the
controller.
If you have an iPhone, purchasing the iPeng app for $10 is an absolute
no brainer.

I'll also chime in that I much prefer SqueezeCenter. It's significantly
faster for me. SlimServer always left me with an unpolished feel to it
-- certain things just never seemed to always work the way I expected.
Thus far, SC has been flawless.

the way the
controller works.
Overall though, congratulations to the development team -- it's a great
device!

With respect to the playlist issue, there is no play button on the Duet
controller, hence the problem . . . . There is just a pause button.
With respect to the artist-album sort, it sounds like this may be
addressed in a future release.

logicsupply.com -- they have some really neat small
formfactor VIA chip-based computers. I think you can get one with an
Esata connector, and that way you can run an external drive(s) no
problem (check out cooldrives.com for some nice esata enclosures).

I have to say, though, overall I really like the cradle. It's nice and
weighted, and has a nice look to it.
The little country-specific plug thingees onto the adapter is just
genius.

for the additional units.
My only big product wish now is for a squeezebox table radio, similar
to what the Roku boys have. Would love to get one for my parents so
that they can listen to Polish radio in their house . . . .

, no keyboard shortcuts work! You have to switch to
another skin and then switch back to LCD to get it to work. Not sure
who I should report this to . . . is there a bug reporting mechanism
for softsqueeze?
