Is Logitech about to cancel the transporter?
If anyone wants to get one, now would be the time. I just received an
email showing 15% off in addition to the already reduced outlet price.
In the outlet store, the price is reduced to 999.00 and with the 15%
additional, that is another $150 off.
and 1 SB and am now the proud and happy owner of a
duet system.
I was worried that the company would change with the logitech buy-out,
but those concerns have been shown unfounded.

Hi!
Life has gotten in the way. Haven't had a chance to look into the
problem further. Listening to Pandora at work.
Plan to go with some type of ssh tunneling since that client is already
built into Softsqueeze.

Since the Hamachi software update, it completely quit working on my

followup, I replaced the socketwrapper with the
version above. Still using Slimsever 6.5.2 - 12047 and the
socketwrapper problem has not recurred. Don't know when and if I will
upgrade to the 6.5.3 as the current version is working so well.

they may prompt the device to use the gprs/3g connection you were using
with them.
It took care of the switching to gprs problem for me.

Yes, that is indeed why I went with Hamachi, because both the vpn and
ssh methods looks overwhelming to the uninitiated.

buttons from a remote. The macro addition with the new keeper is
pretty neat.

back are white. Plus the remote is white too. I kinda like it! Also,
definitely a wife pleaser.

and streaming smoothly. Still thinking about trying the ssh tunnel

found the art and dragged into the little box. After
reading through multiple threads, this apparrently places the album art
directly in the tag. Could this be messing things up? SS no longer
crashes and otherwise seems to work ok.
