I'll check on my warranty when I get home.
Thanks for your help!

You guys are the bee's knees!
Had no idea I could manually update the MAC address.
This fixed the problem!
Weird that only one of my two SBs would suffer from this problem...
Thanks -very- much!

nothing. Even completely turning off router security didn't help.
Sounds to me like I have a wireless hardware issue...?
Any other opinions?
Thanks in advance,

only request is that you keep things as simple as possible... covering
every single option at every single step is just going to make it an

Yikes... that doesn't sound good for the future of EAC.
I've been hoping for a while that a proper open-source competitor to
EAC will come out that has the same functionality (and hopefully a
better interface)... maybe this will spur that on.

Do as you like. This exactly is the wiki way!
My request is that we try and keep my guide as close to a simple

Otherwise, go nuts!

I'm using my SB2 as a bridge for my Tivo right now and it works great.
The key is to get a cross-over network cable to connect to the two
devices. Otherwise, no workie.

Long story short: is there an easy way for me to get another power

I'm not using a crossover cable. I'll wire one up tonight and see if it

basically just a unix box.
I'll report back if I get it working!
