collection. Whilst this is taking place, the performance will likely

If you run slim.exe --d_plugins --d_parse --d_remotestream from the
command line you should see a load of trace. Then once it is running
try to play Radio 2 and collect the output by copying from the window.

Incidentally, I have been experiencing much fewer interruptions using
JLayer for the MP3 decoder instead of Java MP3 Plugin in Softsqueeze.
Not sure what the difference is, but the predictable
pause-at-track-beginning behavior is no longer occurring since I made
that switch.

You can actually do two things with the ADD button - a single push adds
the new track to the end of the current playlist whilst a push-and-hold
action cues it up to play immediately after the currently playing
track.
Of course if you have no playlist running then both actions are the
same.

that all brings up another question that's been lurking in the back of
my mind for some time:
Just how synched are synched slims?
If I had 2 of them together, would they be accurately enough synched
that they'd be in phase and stay in phase, or would they drift in and
out of phase like skying
I knew that 11 volume setting would cause distortion sooner or later :-)

I've got a new setup, about 4 days now, with the latest wireless SB2,
slim.exe running in startup (not service) on Dell w/512Meg, lots of
diskspace available and the iTunes updater plugin. It all runs awsome,
no pauses in the music, sounds great. The only thing that is odd is
