SC7 is not currently available for the QNAP.
The good news is that QNAP are intending to make SC7 part of the
firmware (like Twonky), but I don't know of a release date yet.

As far as I know Slim Devices/Logitech has never directly supported
versions for the QNAP. It is usually supplied by 3rd parties such as
Progressive AV. The SS/SC needs special tweaking to run on a QNAP.
I am playing around with SC7 at present (on my laptop, using
SoftSqueeze, so that I can stay with my working 6.5 on my desktop and
Squeezebox) as an upgrade from 6.5.
Using a PowerBook G4 running OS 10.4.11.
It seems that, although I have the preferences set for SC to start when
I login, it
The top part of the frames is missing information, e.g. top left frame is
missing the Logitech logo (no biggy) but the top right frame is missing
Squezebox, and Sleep/Settings/Undock (only barely visible) and none of the
album artwork is displayed. I use Windows XP Home edition.

Most of my album art is no longer visible through the Nokia 770 skin or

OTOH, Moose has no obvious problem displaying the artwork.

I'll have to re-think the nature of the problem if that is the case.
