Here's a feature that would be cool for me. Support the ability to assign a score to a file format or somehow weight it so that I can state a preference. In other words if I have a track in both FLAC and MP3 formats it'd be really cool if I had a way to say only show/play the FLAC version.

if the file is named front.jpg then the entry in Artwork should be front.jpg %front is telling SlimServer you want to use the -variable- called front but there isn't one. either have all your covers named artist - album.jpg and have the artwork enrty %artist - album. Or name them all the same,

Toast is a great disc burning/backup/tivo tool, burns audio CDs directly from flacs, but not so great for ripping CDs, and costs like $70. Max works well for this, and is free. Those folks also make Play, which provides the replaygain scanning lacking in Max, and can also edit tags. Free also.
