site than via Squeeze Centre 7.2.
For example I can view all the tracks I have played since 1 September
on the web site, but only the 10 most recently played tracks via
squeeze Centre.

SqueezeCenter will never have all of the functionality of the providers

That's not really what ssl/https is normally

Other than those things it has worked like a champ. I'm using xp with
7.2.1 Ipeng 0.53
It's a native app as opposed to the 0.5.3

You could fork out an extra $3 or so for Sleepover, a wake on LAN app.
If iPeng is useful enough to you, the extra cost (and effort to use it)

have you tried connecting to squeezecenter through you squeezebox? You
should then be able to see your squeezebox in squeezecenter on your pc.
It sounds like you are connected to squeezenetwork?

Squidgy fills that empty hole for us iPhone (or iPod Touch) users that
desire an integrated app to control their Squeezebox network music
players (Classic, Boom, Duet, etc). As SONOS gets there offical
release for free, we SB users have to rely upon 3rd party apps.
TheRooster2000,why don't you try SC ver 7.3.
i know it's still in Beta status but it performs very well and is not
very far from it's final version .
i'm listening to BBC Radio 4 with the I-Player plug-in at the moment
with no extraneous noises!.

Very cool! About the only thing I otherwise do when ripping is to apply
ReplayGain (album gain and track gain) values to the tracks. Is that
something you'd consider adding to a future release? Thanks.

Very cool idea - I would be interested in it, but I already have an up
and running Ubuntu server that I don't want to reformat as it is all
configured how I want with addons etc... If you could make it a
package that I could install I would be happy to tinker with it.

I did a factory reset several times, xilinx reprogramming, pulled and
replugged mains cable and also re-installed SqueezeCenter... without
success.
SC 7.2.1 is running on my QNAP.

restart the Slim service, either by right clicking the tray icon, or

7.2.1 and cannot get the playlist option to show the station URL,
instead it shows now playing same as Lusa reports. All other

Hi,
I have just managed to connect SoftSqueeze to a remote instance of
SqueezeCenter over SSH and it plays! However, after about 30 seconds
playing, the player hangs, and I need to restart SoftSqueeze.
Any ideas what's wrong?

I got home from a few days out of town and started my Controller. It
said a software update was available, I accepted, it installed. It is
now frozen on the Free Your Music screen. It won't power down when I
try to turn it off. I removed the battery and reinserted - same thing.
