I see zero benefit in SSD over normal HD in an LMS environment. You don't write very often and read times aren't critical. The extra cost of SSD can't be justified at present. That's not to say things won't change in favour of SSD but as of today a Raid 1 plus scenario of normal HD seems perfectly
