Did you try a different OS? Make a backup or change the HDD, and for a test, install SC under Ubuntu. Not as a permanent solution, but to see if it's a software bug (maybe some broken Windows driver) or a hardware error. If the problem persists, it's your hardware... -- yerma SC 7.3.3 on QNAP
