have to hire someone to do it and there's definitely not enough business
in there to justify that.

Probably not, but I do see 2 solutions for you:
- Free, but somewhat complicated: set a static route from your Wifi to
your wired network
- Not free, but very
Why don't you simply make wired & wireless the same network? Is WiFi a
guest network?
