Marc, you can begin by translating these lines :)

The question is to have some idea about the size of that event, so I can
talk about budget for it.

The idea is to spend the money on:
1. Place
2. Equipment (if needed).
3. Food for the volunteers (pizzas ?).

Suggestions? (please keep it ordered, I saw enough flame wars in here).


If you need cash to buy food, etc. for such an event you may want to check
with Hamakor board.

Translation of what? From which language to which language? Technical?
Literary? Into/from Hebrew? What about Gujarati? I rather like Anglo-Saxon
