need to move away from CHM files eventually. Should be straightforward as I
understand the Help Viewer 1.x topic files are standard XHTML files that are
simply zipped into an MSHC file.

for one problem: graphics have a visible border around them that I'd like to

I use formal tables, figures, and examples in PDF output, but I'd like
to strip out the numbers for tables, figures, and examples in HTML
output. I've tried doing that by following the instructions in DocBook
XSL: The Complete Guide:
There was a duplicate l:i18n section in my customization stylesheet.
Once I removed that, everything worked fine.

That pretty much did the trick. The only thing I changed was the ID for
List of Figures, which is lot...figure...{$id} instead of

the metrics-url attribute on the font element. Both still result in
