solutions are interesting:

This issue has been reported by a couple of internal users of our WebHelp.
Has anyone run into something similar? And if so, any ideas of how to
address?
I have never seen the behavior myself.
Our WebHelp is built using the Maven docbx plugin.

I've found a reproducable error when nesting a set in another set (DocBook
5.1 using Oxygen 18.0). I thought that it might be caused because the set
contained articles (new for DocBook 5.1) but it appears again when the set
contains books. I have reproduced both below.
