[libreoffice-documentation] Refresh help viewer content without recompiling

Hi All, I've been using a bash script to package up the xhp help files that i've modified and install them into LO's help folder, so that i can see how the changes will appear in help viewer. So i've sent the script to gerrit for inclusion so others can use it. https://gerrit.libreoffice.org
