I just finished up rebuilding the dial plates on my R-4C PTO. The dials
were in bad shape and had scratches and other discolorations ( not yellowed)
and it was really awful to look at. So I took out the PTO and used some
Meguiars PlastX Cleaner and Polish on them. Boy, what a difference. I
