Have a Sherwood engineering 2K 16 POLE ssb filter. Replaced the 1.5 filter on the R4C with the 2k , and the filter worked just fine. Have the required bracket included. Filter is deeper than std filter.asking 60.00. Please contact me off line aty...@aol.com thanks dale wt4t

I am curious as to just how many TR-5's were manufactured by Drake. Just this past week while reading the mail on 75 meters I heard one station say only 512 were produced. This number matches with a current eBay listing where the seller again used the number 512. However, my TR-5 is serial

Ed, From my old, fuzzy archives, I remember hearing a figure of just over 500 being built, BUT the serial numbers started at 1000, for some reason. I have one, but have forgotten the serial number, and it is partially disassembled to repair one of these days. Just my .02, and probably not
