Could you please try latest kernel 2.6.36-rcN? There are some hardlock fixes.
Please see also bug 29389, which describes another possible cause of hardlocks
with a workaround. There is

Yesterday I installed the new 2.6.36-rc6:
In the most cases I got "stuck atombios" as always after S3 (Suspend to RAM)
and resuspend.
But again at one time the system immed
