I've ported David's new Imakefile system for lib/GL from the trunk
to the 3.5 branch. My changes are checked in and I'm in the middle
of a test build on my second system. I might not be able to check
on whether it completes until tomorrow, however.

I was just taking a look at this -- can we change
gunzip package.tar.gz
tar -xvof package.tar
to
tar -zxvof package.tar.gz
in the installation instructions? And why do we need -o anyway?

Just donwloded the latest DRI driver for the Radeon on x86, and when I
run glxinfo I get the string:
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Radeon 20010402 AGP 1x x86/MMX/3DNow!
What is curious to me, is the date. The package I got was labled as a
