Sorry I should correct the question; the subject fields are custom, not
dc.subject.* but cg.subject.*.
I have:
- Updated spring/api/discovery.xml, adding cg.subject.* to
the searchFilterSubject:

dc.subject.qualifier3
should all be stored against dc.subject (or the equivalent field
