Sorry, maybe I explained it wrongly. It is about the metadata showed in
the items. For example, if you want to show title, author and date for
one collection, and title, author, date and handle for other different
collection. In dspace.cfg is this line *webui.itemdisplay.default*

John,
Down here in Texas we also face this challenge to create a federated
repository among all institutional repositories across the state. Up
until now we've been doing a manual federation process which includes
dspace imports and exports plus some scripts that work on those
exports.
Eric,
The ability to provide additional CSS files for specific browsers is
meant to simplify your life not make it hell - sorry about that. First

Hi Scott,
Thanks for your email. Yes, I did notice the browser definitions in the
global sitemap.xmap, and I had previously verified that entries exist for
IE6 and IE7. While the BrowserSelector mechanism does seem to match IE in
general, it appears to have problems differentiating betwen IE6

Also, when you say it failed, can you be more specific? Were you unable to
deploy after the update or is it just the add-on that doesn't work?

I am trying to create a new theme for myself, as described in
http://wiki.dspace.org/index.php/Manakin_theme_tutorial. I read it a few

Technically you can put you're theme anywhere you want so long as the
tomcat process has read access to the location and you adjust the
xmlui.xconf appropriately. Most people just place their themes inside
the source tree under the themes/ directory while developing it. Once
you're ready
