Hello Everyone,
Is there anyone out there that has DSpace harvesting with Library and Archives
Canada in version 1.8.x of DSpace? The configuration has changed and I'm
unable to get it going. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Everyone,
I'm at a loss as to why our search dspace search has started defaulting to

Does anyone have a working ETD-ms crosswalk for DSpace 3.1 (or 3.0) that works
with Theses Canada for harvesting?

Hey everyone,
I recently setup IP authentication for one of our collections. I've been
testing it without much in the line of results though.
What I did was:

2) Edited dspace.cfg with authenticate.ip.Restricted_Access = 142.66, /

I implemented Conal Tuhoy's breadcrumb script on our 1.7.1 DSpace

Shouldn't I be able to implement this XSLT aspect on top of Mirage?

Hi Mark,
As you can see, stat-initial runs fine. All the files are owned by the
user dspace and I'm running the stat jobs as dspace as well.
My log files are located in /data/dspace/log and I've set that up as the
directory in dstat.cfg to pull the information from.

Hi Shane,
It sounds like a problem we’re having here were DSpace is causing some
characters to become encoded ( %3A = : ), so your URL is becoming
http%3A//creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0 instead of HYPERLINK
Is it possible to turn off the escape characters for %, ( and ) in the
advanced search? It is causing us some problems and I've not been able
to find a way to prevent this.
It is causing my URL's to get %25's in them, which is resulting in all
of our searches ending with no results.

Hi all,

1) Where do I change the timeout time in DSpace? We want to adjust it

2) How come every time a new dspace.log file gets created, it is made
under root instead of my dspace user, I did the whole install as my
dspace user.
