The dspam team is happy to announce our first official release! It's
called DSPAM-3.9.0-ALPHA2 aka DSPAM-FISL. The codename was chosen to be
FISL as Ion-Mihai Tetcu is giving a talk this Friday about DSPAM at the
"Forum International de Software Livre" (FISL) in Porte Alegro, Brazil.
