Hi, it is true, that I use dwm tiled layout only for handling my terminals. Everywhere else it doesn't feel good, so I usually use either floating mode or else just one client per tag. Now, you guys made me interested in screen and if I switch to it for console handling, I won't need the tile layo

I also think the ratio thing is not a good idea (at least for main dwm). About nmaster, imo you can remove it. I'm making more tests with bwm and 0.2 will let you having several master clients and change between them like you change layers now, i'm still thinking about it but if somebody wants this

Hi there, I pushed a my new tile() algorithm to hg tip. It now supports two distinct ratios, a vertical and a horizontal. Each ratio is manipulated using the inc{v,h}ratio() functions. See config.arg.h how I like the ratios change in a combined way, and config.default.h only changes the horizont
