It occurred to me today that pileup behavior is probably no worse for
ST0R than it has been for any other major DXpedition. People say, oh
it's so much worse than when the PJ's came on the air. Remember,
there were four different new entities back then, and multiple
DXpeditions to each one. If

Nope, sorry. EZ has been QRT for a few years now. The Turkmenistan
government hasn't issued licenses for a long time and appears to have no
plans to do so in the near future. I haven't heard anything at all within
the last year. Some of the former licensees have been petitioning the
