They are not using legitimate callsigns assigned by a government and using
the ITU callsign prefix block, so I assue they have not been issued real

rewriting a program that runs in DOS so it can be used with XP.
That is also why my computer uses Windows 98. I can still run most of my
ham programs that run in DOS mode.

I was thinking it was possibly Cray Island by the original Slim.
I never worked that "operation" but I heard some people did get QSL's.
