If you look at the front page of http://logsearch.de , which is where the
actual logs are hosted, you'll see an update giving the date and time of the
last QSO received. Apparently, they are sending logs periodically via
satellite phone, based on a previous note up there.

Could someone explain what this question accomplishes?
- they have a web site, and a NEWS page
- they have a placeholder for the on-line log
So there are no QSOs uploaded yet - so what? Either they can't send the data,
or the person who received it
