Hi Charlie, Swan Island and Swain Island are two different islands. Swan is off the coast of Honduras and now belongs to them. The prefix I'm familiar with used to be KS4. Swan Island was once the site of Radio Swan, later called Radio Americas, that was a CIA-operated station broadcasting anti-Castro transmissions to Cuba on 1160 and 6000 kHz.
