Even with many hams participating in the Eu bad behaviour, my guess is
that those not in log would hit innocents. Also those many behaving
DXers can't to much to improve the behaviour of the bad guys.

The BS7H/BA1HAM operation reported on 26Mar02 on 15M CW is a Pirate,
Slim operation. To my knowledge there is no current Scarborough operation
at this time and Chen, BA1HAM, is still in Beijing. I recently received an
Email from Chen on the 23rd.

I received a sat phone call from Mike N6MZ who said that the team closed
down operations at 1415Z this morning, 26 March. The last QSO was with
W8WFN. The total number of QSOs is just over 70K. Everyone is fine and

From someone that didn't work them, and actually tried (yes, Virginia, KU9C does have
a rig)...Kan and company did a superb job in providing us all a new one. Not to
mention all the up-front work that Kan et al did in having the energy and
perserverence to find this new one in the first place
