[Dx4win] Blank fields

Hi All, Is there a way to fill in empty fields in DX-4win after importing data = from contestlogging software. eg. I had data imported after using N1MM-logger. When opening the = logbook window i notice some fields like state,grid, name etc.. are left = blank. I could fill in these blanks

Is there a way to change the displayed column width of the logbook. Seems I did it before but since restoring from a recent HD crash it defauts to wider widths than I want crowding up my screen. 73, and thanks in advance Stan, N3HS
