NO! The M is not a bug, it is a new feature by which DX4Win reports QSLs
that are sent by either paper, LoTW, or eQSL. This is not something Paul
should fix.
Explanation
Start with the DXCC SUMMARY report. Note that the v7 column QSL Mailed

I disagree Larry.
Mailed has a special meaning. We don't send paper QSLs for all our
QSOs, but we do upload them all. Uploading is a step on the way to

expecting one in return. I think the version 7 way was more
I have to agree with Jim on this one...
With electronic confirmations we (eventually) upload everything so the M
is pretty well meaningless.

Final courtesy of a QSO is a QSL card ..
That's a dated and unrealistic adage Guy.
QSLing can become quite expensive for active stations. In a single

for the cards... then there is postage on top of that.

It does not surprise me that there are differing opinions on this matter - I

You seem to be missing the point Larry.
In the case of an electronic gamble as you put it... the M conveys nothing
as ALL contacts are uploaded fairly frequently.
If you also frequently QSL 100% that would also be the case for postcard
gambles. But, in fact, even those who do QSL 100% often

If we ignore the groups for a moment... I don't understand how you would
have duplicates. Are you sure you have not loaded some data twice? I'm
not sure the group issue is relevant. If you send me the 2 ADIF files I

Create a log in Group 0. Put a single, dummy QSO in there. Then create
Groups 1 to 3 for your separate log imports. That should work.

It seems it is a bug.
Here is a work-around.
