Mine always skews after the second page so I only print one page at a time. I believe the sum of the labels' dimensions you gave are bigger than a sheet. Make more experiments with smaller dimensions especially with the vertical pitch. See how it works in my page

I agree that dx4win needs update urgently, especially with its LotW features. Easy upload to LotW (integration with TQSL), DXCC submission giving priority either LotW or cards and having in mind all the new things ARRL asks, as auto connection in DX clusters is a must. The most important reason

I would think twice before jumping to DxLab. I have one friend who uses it, and I have downloaded and installed it several times. But I am not impressed. It might do a few neat things like the automatic upload to LOTW, but the overall user interface is very poor. DX4WIN excels in many key areas

Kostas, You are 100% correct. If Jim AD1C didn't supply the support, I would be gone. Thank goodness Jim has stuck with us for so long. DX4WIN is a remarkably stable although feature poor application and the users deserve some attention which, for what ever reason, appears to have waned.
