I have done this. Not sure if this is the best way but here is what I did. I made a custom label the size of the card with nr across 1 nr down 1 Paper size Custom then adjusted the left and top spacing to put the printing where I wanted it. It actually worked quite well with an ink jet, BUT.

I was hoping to print directly on the back of my pre printed QSL cards... This is my third call. I have three different cards (and styles). I can do labels for the other other two. My current printer is a Brother HL-5250. I also have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8610, but that has not as easy to setup
