I deleted W2JQZ. That did not solve the problem. The gibberish W is now
W1ONK.
W2JQZ was the first QSO in the log out of 340,731.
W2JQZ was deleted.
Now W1ONK is the first QSO in the log.
It does not appear to be a DC State issue.

It is an independent city, not a county. Virginia has 95 counties and 38
independent cities. The independent cities are considered the equivalent of a
county...where that leaves them in WAC I do not know.

That's a good point about a station NOT being
located in the county of his address. Happens
all the time and I don't know a fool-proof way
to avoid it. One can always ask the operator's
actual county location during the QSO, and I've
done this sometimes.

The county hunters use Richmond, NY (not Staten Island). Ask WA2AKB if
