This problem has been solved. Paul sent me detailed instructions (below)
for moving my log over.
I did what is described below and it seems to have worked fine. The QSO
in question came through intact with the correct band and mode; and it
is the only one with 'Label'=Y.

OK so I'm still working on printing ONE QSL CARD. I gave up on trying to
solve the printer issue with v407 and upgraded to v9. Time to get with
the current decade!
I opened my old file with v9.0.2.1134.
I found the ONE QSL I wanted to print.
I printed it (Yay!)
I went to sign it and noticed

the reflector.
