and compared it to the list you get with F1 in the countries field of DX4WIn.
Here are some changes I would like to make.
1. Antarctica is listed as CE9 in the DXCC list, KC4 in DX4Win.
The only reason to change that is to maintain

I have been using an old SoundBlaster 16 for years and don't have a problem
with PSK31...maybe a setup issue with having the two cards installed and
interaction between them? Just a thought but I don't think it's the card.
Mine has to be at least 3 if not four years old in my shack computer.

Here is new update for DX4WIN5.03 mgr database .
You need copy mgr data and save as text file ,for
example,"dx.txt"
Then add it to DX4WIN usual way:File|Databases|QSL Managers
then
File|Import QSL manager data|open dx.txt" Then SAY "NO"
(VERY IMPORTANT SAY - NO) then OK and SAVE&EXIT.
