My DX4WIN award file generator automatically picked up the new file from the RDA site. All CT- references are GONE, you will have to make a note of them in your log *BEFORE* updating your award file, then translate them to the new names (ZK-) yourself. There is no way for DX4WIN to do this

[Dx4win] State QSO Party log from Win-Test?

If you have changed your preference setting for SKINS (same window as Leave all windows in original position option) away from NO SKINS SELECTED that is your problem in ver. 8.02 or 8.03. If you select any other SKIN setting your windows size and positions will be messed up the next time you open
