There are 41 independent cities in the USA, 38 are in VA.
The other 3 are:
Baltimore, Maryland
Hi When I enter VA in the State box and then try to select with F1 Chesapeake
City /County as the county it not appear in the drop down list.

I think that some cities has a special status in county award.
The sure is that there are not as option in dx4win. There are more than
once... Maybe Jim or something else will explain better this rule..
