This is not exactly a bug. I had prblem using the dynapi and having to constantly update the path to match my particualr structure and also repeat this process for every page. For this reason, I included a a 'default' path and just used this. With regard to the document.domain problem, I needed

The latest version of my distro is in the final testing stages before releasing it. it is  here (remove the .txt after downloading) I'd be interested if anyone who has access to the moitoring software used for tracking memory use could have a look.  I'd be interested to see how it stacks up again
