Dear list!
I am currently trying to build the current SVN version of Ekiga on a Debian
lenny (testing) system. The system is freshly installed, so it's today's
package versions.
My strategy is to use packages where suitable. This worked up to the point
where PWLib is needed. I was only able
with as much plugins/options
as possible.
If you want, I can give you an acces to the wiki if you want to document
your work for Debian on the wiki.
Regards,
Yannick

Hi again!
Sorry for the high volume of questions from be; I am just trying to get a
handle somewhere.
I have seen that Ekiga 2.0.12 was released these days, but I have also seen
talk on a 3.0 version.
Are there separate streams of 2.x and 3.x? If I check out trunk today, will
that be 2.x or
Hi all!
Thanks for all the help you had been providing to me.
I managed to build Ekiga myself for the very first time. I was using the
recently released 2.0.12 version with tarballs of PWLib and OPAL from the
www.ekiga.org website.
All details can be found here:

Hi Matthias!
By the way, you have been asking about the win32 build... Since you have

Hi all!
Just to make sure we will ever find this thread again in the archive.
Some of you may have noticed that I spent some time trying to get my hands
around the Win32 build of Ekiga. You can find my notes in the Wiki. I am not
sure if I am just too stupid, but this is a bit like an advent
Hi all!
To report someting positive in between.
The cross-build for Win32 creates an .exe file which works. Just the
installer generation is pretty broken. But with that state, at least I
will be able to make code changes (i.e. fix a specific bug which bugs
me), run the build, copy the .exe

You are not alone!
I have come across the nightly builds that were produced up to a certain

Hi all!
Just for those waiting ...
I don't only have no progress, but I am moving backwards.
Last time, I had it to the point where it compiled, but I had issues with nsis.
(See my earlier posting.) Because that nsis issues might be some 64 bit
problem, I set up a new machine with a Debian

Hi all!
Does anyone have a script which simple does a clean checkout of

Wouldn't it make sense to make some kind of umbrella Makefile as it exists for

Thanks for that; I will try it.

Are you providing automated nightly builds?
Well, I can only see files there from May 4th.
