Years ago when I built my K2, somewhere I learned a Hakko 808 desolating tool
was also an excellent enameled wire stripper and tinning device. The 808 has
been replaced by the FR-301 but I would expect similar results from this newer
tool. Either are stand-alone desoldering guns with

there is an advanced tab that will allow you to select the input and output
sound devices for wsjt-x (which must be running at the time) and if you are

will tell you that it is a tight fit and the transistors

I tried to install the new firmware this morning with the following error:
When the KAT500 utility connects to the port, it says unexpected device.
Then I go to the main screen in the utility, and it is not reading any
information from the KAT 500. There is obviously no communication

I imagine there are many who have the PR6 or PR6-10 for their K3.
Recently I had to replace the PGA-103 in mine so took the time to
measure NF and gain at 50-MHz.
NF = 0.78 dB
Gain = 21.15 dB
Voltage at input leg=0.6v
Voltage at output leg=2.5v
80ma at 13.5vdc
That's pretty good with
