To be safe you should use a stereo plug. But in actual practice a mono will
work too. I have to admit...When building my Microham cable
for the K3 I jumped the gun and used a mono plug and it works fine.

Yes. With Data MD set to FSK or AFSK, HOLD TEXT DEC and use VFO B to set it to

The suggested remedy for this was to use the rear phones jack and keep the
phones
connected at all times. Set CONFIG SPKR + PHONES set to YES. This way they're
both on all the time and you just pick up your phones when you need them.

These things do not happen overnight and have to be prioritized. Mic + Line is
already done in DSP
but still needs to be put in the MCU code. Having Line In default for Data
mode is also on the list
already. Please be patient...these features will happen.

I did a demo for a friend and when he saw how well the NB worked on electric

There are amps out there that will do full legal limit in RTTY all day long
with the
exciter at 30-50W. Some of these amps are not stressed at all at that level and
are
just loafing along happy as can be. :)

In Spysweeper go to the windows system tab and uncheck the auto shield for exe
programs. The system should then ASK if you want to continue when you attempt

run an exe file. That's what I had to do and it worked fine.
