Good afternoon,
I've been working on K2 s/n 5484 and have some off behaviour that has me
stumped.
The background is that during a KPA100 build the PC control cable was wired
up backwards and then connected to the K2. Some smoke escaped from the
control board area. The MCU has been replaced as we
Wayne,
This is very interesting (and great) news. I shall take this opportunity to
express my interest in the 4m module, and have tipped off another local
amateur I know who also would be very keen for such a beastie.
Many thanks & 73,

I have used one for years. If adjusted no need for an ATU.
The dipole elements are matched by using twin speaker wire with a short
across both wires at particular distances, and only fed onto one the
pair, the other is a straight unbroken connection.

I'd be interested in comments on the functionality and usefulness of it.

All,
I only caught this thread partway through, and the recent Digest emails
have been quite lengthy so I don't even know who was asking originally.
However I do have my own solution to this problem.
I originally wanted something to be able to fire off the DVR without
using a contest logger,
Greetings list,
I recently added the W2 to monitor the power output at M0PCB on HF and
VHF with the K3 and amplifiers. For this it is great, I particularly
like the speed at which it reacts to the output power.
I am in the process of adding an external transverter so i can make use

Good evening,
I've just started having a problem with the latest K3 Utility. When I
run the utility without the rig turned on it tries to connect at each of
the baud speeds as usual. If I turn the rig on (or indeed if the rig is
already turned on when I launch the utility) the program finds the
