them.

I have had my KPod for several months and have enjoyed using it to save

keyboard and paddles. But I have had a problem remembering which KPod

How loud are these beeps? I can barely hear mine and only if I put my ear
directly above the KPod front panel. I suspect I have a defective sound
device and am not that hard of hearing.

I have a T1 ATU that I no longer need that is for sale. It is in very nice
condition and works well. It has version 1.07 firmware. I would like $105
for it shipped in the US. Payment by PayPal is preferred. I can supply
photos upon request. Please contact me off the list at nu4i AT cox.net.
It's S9+5dB here in coastal VA and seems to be loudest from my NE quadrant
as I use my K9AY Loop to receive it. Using CW Skimmer to observe it I can
see some sort of rather deep drops in the received signal lasting only
several milliseconds that is not related to any QSB. I also see upper and
I use it this way too, and agree it is very helpful. I wish there were a
way to either expand or contract the frequency range displayed sort of like
Rocky does to be able to get the big picture first and then home in in a
more detailed search.

Would you have an idea which SN, or at least the approximate date, the
cut-over to gold-plated connectors occurred? Did this include all
connectors, or just the front panel ones?

Thanks John,
I should have stated that this would be the K2/10. These little switchers
are the sort that powered laptops. They are sealed units with single output
voltages, not the boxes that go into the desktop machines with multiple
output voltages. I should have been clearer about this.
I have been using this combination for over 6 months with Rocky software and
I think it works very well and use it all the time.

For the past several days I have been seeing a couple of powerful digital
signals, S9+, between 14.018 to 14.032MHz. They seem to be comprised of 4
or 5 discrete frequencies rapidly moving around in a bandwidth of about
2Khz. When working with a narrow filter it is possible to work through

I have to agree...please continue to allow this mode of operation, either by
leaving as is, or giving it to those who want/need it with a menu selection.

I have the K2/100 with the KPA100 and KAT100 mounted in the separate EC2
