Rcvd # 77 today.My only problem is that when I turn the KX3 on the Amp does not come on. I set PA in menu to on. If I turn it on manually with the switch it works ok. I turned the Amp on in the menu. I have down loaded latest firmware for the KX3 and the AMP. Am I missing some other

Before supper was working. Left on and went to supper. Came back from supper and no display but power is on. No sig heard. Turn power switch off. When I turn it back on no display and loud hum in headphones. Then I hear some motor boating and headphones go dead. Check input voltage. SW off

[Elecraft] K1-4 Bands

I just ordered a K1-4 to build after the first of the year. I wanted to build it for 80-40-30-20. But there is not a 80 meter option listed. I really do not want to mess with using 2 boards. Is there a way for me to add 80 meters to the 4 band board? Thanks George/W2BPI
