If anyone wants to know what a straight key is traditionally
go to these two sites. This should put an end to the current
discussion. It even has pictures for the mentally challenged.

I connected an external speaker to the ext speaker jack on the back of the k2.
However only one speaker
has audio coming from it. I plugged the same ext speaker into the mark v and
the two speakers
have audio. These are stereo speakers. Should not the k2 have audio coming from
both speakers?

Has anyone had a problem with their K2 speaker? Mine sounds like something is
loose whenever I listen to cw at around 60% volume, like something vibrating. I
opened the rig up and everything is very secure so I am wondering if it is the
speaker.

This afternoon I received in the mail a certificate. N4HAY-Dick, AB4PP-John
Paul, and myself N3DRK-John entered the Amateur Radio Club International (ARCI)
2005 Spring QSO Party Team Championship. We are members of the Knightlites QRP
Club. We took First Place using our K2's. Not bad
Do a search for Connecticut Solar. I purchased a couple of panels from them.
You will also need a controller.
