Joe & Bob - thank you very much, you nailed it. The K3 Monitor, when the K3 was
in a digital mode, was at 0. Now have it turned up to 6 and my problem is
solved in all the digital modes I listed. Tnx fer quick response.

Problem: Not hearing any audio during transmit in digital modes.I have a K3,

FT-8 I am not hearing any Tx audio, which I had been previously. I first
noticed this in RTTY when not hearingany diddles. But when using
Thanks to AI5II's suggestions got the Tx problem fixed. Changed the Rig to KX3
and PTT to CAT. So the Signalink Tigertronics guidance was not accurate, at
least for me. Also had Win4K3 running and it was using the KX3 comport. So
closed that program and now the KX3 is receiving and transmitting
I had to send my K3 infor repairs, so I will be using my KX-3 as my main radio
for the next fewweeks. But I haven’t got it working with Digital modes yet in
particular FT-8.
PC is a Win 10 and amusing a Signalink USB. I am able to receive fine in WSJT-X

A related question on this subject concerning the Tx Monitor. In terms of Power
& SWR readings, can the Transmit Monitor be calibrated ? Or have other users
found no need to adjust readings right out of the box? Reviewing the P3 manual
on pages 34-35 there isn't much said about this subject.

When I open the program, the K3 red Tx light immediately comes on and thus no

Don- I was able to measure the voltage between pin 1 pin 5 at the K3 ACC
