In my experience with this, the five watt calibration of the K3 was incorrect. The gain required to set the fifty watt cal was then incorrect. This can cause various problems, including burning out the low power amp, and not getting 100 watts out when 50 is calibrated. Note that a Bird wattmeter

Hi folks! Thank you for suggestions. In my previous post, I forgot to say that my K3 works without hi-temp alarm after warming up (about 30min or so without transmit just receiving status). So, it's just the same with Jaako's case. My shack temp was around 15C these days. hmmm... Atsu, JE1TRV
